Netizens applaud a big change in handling relief goods operation disaster response under the new administration of President Duterte. 

Sec Judy Taguiwalo of DSWD, a UP Professor, has raised the bars for handling Relief goods for calamity stricken areas in the country.

After discovering many rotten relief goods, from past administrators, in some parts of the country which have been undelivered and dumped to dumping sites to be scavenged. Sec Judy was dismayed and promised to reform DSWD.

Look at the Big Change in Relief Goods Operation, Netizens was surprise for the big change in DSWD under PRRD. 

Repacking in boxes using conveyors.

A box per family contained:

6 kgs of rice

8 canned goods (corned beef& Sardines)

6 sachet of 3n1 Coffee

(good for 2-3 days per family)

Relief Goods are Stacked in Pallets Covered with plastic

Organized, monitored and Stored in Warehouses

They can be loaded and dispatched easily anytime!

This is the effect when the right people are put on the top.

This is a job well done for Sec Judy and her team in DSWD!
