Manila-Clark Railway to connect Clark Intnl Airport to Manila in 1 hour!

Sec Art Tugade of DOTR also announced as the Manila to Clark International Airport Railway project as a priority project in 2017.
In todays Malacanang Press Briefing the plan is to link Clark International Airport by a high Speed train cutting the travel time in 1 hour. Another twin project of this is also to connect Subic Sea Port to Clark.
Sec Tugade explains that the connection of the airport and seaport by a railway is in lien with the plan to make North Luzon as a Logistic Hub in the country. Supply chains and logistics activities will be greatly improved and will also decongest the Manila Harbour and the greater metro manila. Remember the traffict caused by trailer trucks falling in line coming and going Manila harbors?
Sec Tugade also emphasize that they will start preparation as early as the coming year to make this possible under President Duterte's term.
