Conspiracy Theories on Former DILG Sec Robredo's Death Resurface as possible links to Narco General Joel Pagdilao's Involvement has set a buzz.



As President Duterte named publicly the 5 Narco General involved in Protecting Big time Drug Lords in the Country one of the former Sr Superintendent of QCPD now General Pagdilao was being linked to the incident years ago.

Puno tried to raid Robredo's condo unit?

In report by  abscbn published last September 6 2012 accounts that;

"Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Undersecretary Rico Puno and several police officers allegedly tried to enter the condominium unit of DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo in Quezon City last August 19, a day after his plane crashed in Masbate, according to sources of ABS-CBN News. 

Confidential documents are stored in Robredo's condo unit, which were later secured by the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Sources said a certain Supt. Oliver Tanseco was able to enter the penthouse of the condominium building while Puno and several others waited outside.

Based on the building’s security logbook, the group, composed of Tanseco, Puno, Sr. Supt. Joel Pagdilao and a certain Apollo Reuben Toganon, arrived at the condominium at 10:30 a.m.

The source said the group also tried to enter Robredo’s offices at the DILG and at the National Police Commission (Napolcom).

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima earlier said she personally picked up the “personal and official documents,” per the request of Robredo’s wife."-abscbn report 

"De Lima did not say what the documents are, noting only that they are “sensitive records.”

The source said Puno and several officials of the Philippine National Police are the subjects of an investigation being conducted by Robredo prior to the crash.

Two weeks before the crash, Robredo allegedly informed the President (PNoy) of the investigation." -abscbn report

Diver in Robredo crash shot dead

"An American diver who helped in the search and retrieval operations in the plane crash that killed interior secretary Jesse Robredo was shot in the face and killed by a security guard while opening the gate of a subdivision in Las Piñas City late Thursday night, police said yesterday." PhilStar

CAAP investigator reports cover-up in Robredo plane crash

"CAAP special investigator Cesar Lucero told President Aquino in a letter last Nov. 15 that the 14-page aircraft accident report submitted by the five-member panel to Malacañang did not include the accounts of Coast Guard divers who retrieved the bodies of the fatalities and the Piper Seneca plane and its broken parts from the seabed." 

The panel was created by former transportation and now Interior Secretary Mar Roxas to investigate the fatal crash.

Lucero said right after locating the submerged plane, the Coast Guard divers reported that they found the body of the pilot, Capt. Jessup Bahinting, still strapped to the right pilot seat, indicating he was not the pilot-in-command during the flight.

“There was no categorical pronouncement as to who was at the left or right seat of the cockpit, a very vital information needed in the investigation,” Lucero said. He said the report also failed to mention whether the fact-finding committee had interviewed any of the technical divers.

The CAAP investigator, who was placed under a 90-day preventive suspension for revealing to media the result of his separate investigation into the incident

The suspension was a result of his revelation to the media that the Nepalese pilot was in command of the plane during the flight.

CAAP has also accused Lucero of violating a July 30 memorandum regarding media relations and press releases."

Lucero the CAAP Special investigator found inconsistencies in the initial reports and wrote to President Aquino some vital information about the details how the bodies are situated when the divers found it. The 5 Panel report to the President filed by Mar Roxas missed all those vital information. the CAAP investigator who claimed inconsitency and wrote a letter to PNoy ended with suspension and months later the american diver was shot dead.
